Design Center Professional

Kaylin is a Design Professional at Tim O’Brien Homes. She works with each of our customers first hand and provides an up close and personal Selections Appointment. Her role involves knowledge and expertise on products and how to tailor an appointment to fit the wants and needs of each customer. Kaylin is extremely passionate about Design and its endless possibilities, she provides an EXTRA-Ordinary experience and helps each customer individually create their one of a kind home.

Sage Evans

Design Center Coordinator

Meet Sage, our Design Center Coordinator at Tim O’Brien Homes! Growing up in a family of home builders, Sage developed a passion for interior design early on, inspiring her to pursue this dream professionally. She graduated with an associate's degree in interior design from Madison Area Technical College in 2024 and brings valuable experience meeting with clients to help them bring their visions to life. Known for her attention to detail, Sage’s expertise and dedication make her a valuable asset in helping clients create spaces they love!
